These general terms and conditions apply to all handmade ceramic products from us.
Consumer Rights and Right of Withdrawal:
Since these are handmade and unique items, there is no statutory right of return once the product has been shipped.
Delivery:
Delivery time is normally 5–8 business days within Sweden.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders, such as urns or special grave monuments, vessels with logos, and other personalized items, are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Liability:
We are not liable for damage occurring after shipment.
Prices and Payment Methods:
Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. All prices are clearly stated at the time of ordering.
Data Protection:
All personal data we collect is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction:
In the event of any disputes, Swedish law applies, and disputes shall be adjudicated by a Swedish court.
